The paint is California white Volvo code 42. Looking for a cheap match I found that Dupli-Color Truck,Van&SUV Ford T205 Wimbledon White is a very good match. Not perfect, but pretty good for a daily driver.
There are two patch jobs in the picture below. If you see any defects its probable because I didn't do that great of a job of the prep work after grinding away the rust, and not the paint. Both rust spots where about the size of a quarter. Not bad for my first attempt a body repair.
Update: I painted my drivers side door this weekend and did a better job of preping for the final paint. I think it looks really good. I used the rest of the can on the door. I figure I need a can for each fender, the hood, the trunk, the other door, and one for extra stuff. So 7 more cans should give me a nice looking car (no rust spots etc). Only $35 for a new paint job! Click on picture for larger image.
If you look carefully you may notice the color of the door seems to be off slightly. I think partly because the door is cleaner, and then something with the camera. Its not that noticable in person.
